Submit an online request for efficient and transparent handling of device returns
Equipment returns can now easily be registered online via the My Endress+Hauser customer portal.
Digital registration allows for the complete documentation of all relevant information, ensuring transparent and efficient processing.
Guidelines for gas analysers and gas measurement devices:
These devices are currently excluded from the described process. Different regulations and addresses apply here. They may only be sent in accordance with the return instructions in the UBE.

Register device returns via My Endress+Hauser:
1. Log in or register
Log in to the My Endress+Hauser customer portal or register if you do not yet have an account.
2. Create an return order
Create the return order directly in the portal and submit all required information and documents.
3. View Status
Monitor the processing status of the order conveniently online.
Device returns can only be processed after prior registration via My Endress+Hauser.
